- Is it hard to read the time without numbers? Our non-numeric clocks are designed for minimalism. Most people find it very easy to estimate the time based on the position of the hands relative to the standard 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions. It is a design choice that prioritizes aesthetics.
- Does the clock make a ticking sound? We use high-quality quartz movements. Most of our models feature a silent / non-ticking mechanism to ensure a quiet environment for your home or office. Please check the specific product description for details.
- What requires assembly? Our clocks generally come fully assembled. You will typically only need to insert a battery (usually AA, not included due to shipping regulations) and hang it on the wall.
- How do you ship fragile clocks to New Zealand? We understand that wall clocks can be fragile. We use specialized packaging with extra foam padding and corner protection to ensure your clock survives the journey from the USA to New Zealand.
- My clock arrived with broken glass/hands, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and the box, then email it to support@velantara.shop. We will resolve this for you quickly (usually by sending a replacement).
